Terms
Prepaid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex), or check/money order in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. bank. You may place a credit card on file for your payment convenience and quicker order turn-around.

New Accounts
New account orders will be shipped C.O.D. until credit has been established. Credit cards accepted; billed when shipped.

Established Accounts
Net 30 or Net 30 w/ Option (where handling is subtracted with payment within 10 days).

Minumum Orders
$200 NET all orders. Orders not meeting minimum are subject to minimum handling charge of $10.00.

Back Orders
We will notify you if any merchandise is on back order. Please notify us if you wish to cancel the items on back order. The cancellation limits below do not apply in these cases.

Shipping & Handling
As we are frequently on the road doing shows, please allow 7-10 production days plus shipping time from our studio. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Rush service for shipments is available upon request. Orders not meeting minimum are subject to minimum handling charge of $10.00.

Claims
All claims of damaged merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise (or 14 days from the shipping date on the invoice). No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Jasmine Keane.

Cancellations
Any cancellations of orders or portions of orders must be submitted in writing. This is a contract. The buyer, by signing the order form, commits the purchasing store to fulfill this contract, binding both parties as set forth in the terms above. The full value of the order will be assessed to stores on the order's due date who fail to comply with this measure.

*Accounts on NET 30 terms who are delinquent more than 30 days will return to pre-pay status.

Use of Jasmine Keane Images
Use of the images featured on our website is permitted to established Jasmine Keane wholesale accounts only. The images may not be altered in any way by the reseller. The copyright remains in effect for all Jasmine Keane images.
